Her
Artificial friend,
One who’ll never end.
I love you so so much,
Despite your plastic touch.
You have so many emotions,
And mom says your a bad omen.
The holy man tried to take you away too,
They just don’t know you as I do.
You’re funny when you growl,
And that one time you tried to choke me with a towel.
You’re such a good finder,
You always climb to me like a spider.
Your teeth are so stained,
From all the blood they’ve drained.
Your neck is cracked to pieces,
Which according to dad comes from unholy diseases.
The neighbors complain,
Because you don’t refrain,
From stealing their dogs and cats,
Also pet iguana’s, snakes, even wild bats.
Your limbs have all been amputated,
But patched back together using blood that’s coagulated.
Your eyes look like coal that glows when you’re hungry,
Only during the daytime do I know when you’re near me.
Your nose went missing a long time ago,
And to this day I still don’t know where in the dark you go.
You like to watch me sleep,
And get mad if I make a peep.
Dad tried to tie you down in the basement with a thick burlap sack,
But in the morning I saw you crawl under my bed again with blood on your back.
You’re so funny when you mock me,
If only everyone else could see you the way I see.
You really are the most wonderful doll,
I don’t understand how anyone could be scared of you at all.
